It has been over a year since we have done this classic benchmark.  This may be one of the most well known CrossFit benchmarks out there.  Mostly because of its ability to put you on your butt in under 5 minutes.  Fran is definitely a great fitness test and a solid benchmark to work from.  What’s your Fran time?
