- 3 Position Cleans (light load for practice and speed)
Then,
15 Minute EMOM:
- 1 Squat Clean- Go up 5-10lbs each minute. Every 5th minute drop down in weight
Today we continue to work on our Olympic lifting skills. Our focus will be on the squat clean. We will start out working through the 3 position clean. This will be only for practice and positional awareness so the load will stay light. After that we will go through a 15 minute EMOM where we will be going up and down in weight every 5 minutes.
