Our strength cycle is almost over.  We will be getting new maxes soon.  I can’t wait to see how everyone that has consistently followed the program crushes their PRs.  Today you will be working close to max capacity.  However, you should not be over your current 1 rep max at any point today.  When we finish deadlifting, you will get a chance to show off those new skills you developed yesterday during our rowing drills.  Use what you learned about damper setting and stroke rate to PR your 1000 meter time trial.
