Skill Work: Double unders and Handstand pushups
Then,
Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 15 mins:
5 Rounds:
- 1st min- 30 seconds of Double Unders
- 2nd min- 30 seconds of abmat situps
- 3rd min- 30 seconds of Handstand Pushups
Today we will start out the class working on two skills that need to be mastered by all CrossFit athletes. Double unders and handstand pushups have stopped us in our tracks many times. We will dedicate some time each class to practice various progressions and then implement them into an EMOM. No matter where you are in your journey to master these movements we will have a way to help you.
