Back Squat: 65%x5, 65%x5, 70%x5, 70%x5, 70%x5
Front Squat: 60%x4-5 sets
Then,
3 rounds (Not for time):
- 200′ sled pull
- Max rep push-ups
Its Friday! I gift you more squats. They are all sets of 5 at lower percentages. Try your best not to skip these squat days. As many of you know, you will only pay for it later. Afterwards we will go outside for some fun with the sleds! Have a good weekend and I hope all can join us for the trail run at Umstead on Saturday.
