Bench Press:(add 10lbs to 1rm and then use 90%)
Then,
3 Rounds for Reps:
- 1 Minute of Box Jump Overs(20″)
- 1 Minute of Situps
- 1 Minute of Ramp Sprints(curb and back)
- 1 Minute Rest
It is time to get back to some bench pressing! Work through your sets of 5 with the last set being a max rep set. Don’t forget to add 10 lbs to your max and then find your working weight for the sets. The working weight is 90% of your new 1 rep number. Afterwards, we will put the barbell up for some straight bodyweight fun.
