Back Squat: 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+ (add 20 lbs to your current 1 rm, then take 90%)
Press: 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+ (add 10 lbs to your current 1 rm, then take 90%)

- Push Press (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
- Box Jump (24,20)
Today we are starting back over with our strength cycle. You are going to add 20 lbs to your back squat max and 10 lbs to your press max. Once you have done that, take 90% of that number for your working weight. All of the percentages are based off of the working weight. Now let’s sit back and watch everyone get strong!
