Today we will spend the majority of the class time drilling the positions for the clean.  To perform an effective clean positioning is extremely important.  The way to get through repetition at those positions.  This will help to develop the mechanics and muscle memory to nail that big PR or keep you repping it out in those long metcons.  Afterwards, pick out a skill to work on and practice.
