This week we will be starting our pre-Whole Life Challenge testing. Tuesday we will do the baseline wod and Wednesday evening will be the first round of body composition testing with the Human Performance lab. They will be back on the 19th to finish up. If you are unable to make it in for the wod let me know and we can schedule a makeup. The challenge kicks off on Saturday!
