In teams of 2 for reps:(one working at at time)

  • AMRAP 2 minutes: Squat Cleans (135/95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • AMRAP 2 minutes: Push Jerks (135/95)
  • AMRAP 3 minutes: Squat Cleans (135/95)
  • AMRAP 3: minutes Push Jerks (135/95)
  • AMRAP 4 minutes: Squat Cleans (135/95)
  • AMRAP 4 minutes: Push Jerks (135/95)

Then,

For Time:

  • 1600 meter relay run (switch every 400 meters)

The first part of the wod you and your teammate will accumulate as many reps as possible for each movement.  You can switch and break it up as you see fit.  The last part is a relay run where you and your partner will alternate running every 400 meters until you have completed 1600m for time.
