- 21 Power Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 21 Bar Facing Burpees
- 15 Overhead Squats
- 15 Bar Facing Burpees
- 9 Squat Snatches
- 9 Bar Facing Burpees
The front squats today will be at 85% of your 1 rep max for all 3 sets. We will build up to 85% and then work through the 3×3. The metcon has a mix of snatching and squatting along with a couple burpees. All movements that we may see in the 2015 CrossFit Open!
