This will be the third year that we have done this special treat. The wod plays out like the song. The first round you do one thruster. The next round is 1 thruster and 2 toes to bar, third round 1 thruster, 2 toes to bar, 3 clean and jerks. Keep working through until you complete one full round of all the movements.
