Bench Press: 3-3-3-3-3 (building)
For Time:
- 800 Meter Run
- 50 Air Squats
We are already to the 17th of the month! The pullup and squat challenge is getting a lot tougher to complete. Remember, try to get as many pullups as possible and then complete all of your squats. You can count every rep you successfully complete. For our strength work today we will be bench pressing. You will build up to as heavy as you can for 3 reps. After that we will move into a fast paced bodyweight wod with running and air squats. Push hard through the run and not to break your squats.
