Today will be a great day to get some work overhead squatting and getting comfortable receiving weight low for the snatch. The metcon afterwards is meant to be a sprint. Keep to nearly perfect technique and you will be able to consistently rep out 75. It is very easy to drop off and let yourself go during the holiday season. Before you do, think back to all of the hard work that you have put in this year. Taking even one week off can significantly affect your hard earned fitness. Enjoy the holiday meals and parties but don’t completely derail. 2015 will be here soon and we must be prepared.
