This week has seen many fitness improvements.  The best thing is that all you had to do was show up for your fitness to improve.  It is so easy to talk yourself out of coming to the gym, but it always feels awesome when you come, conquer and leave with a feeling of accomplishment.  The great thing about being a member at CFBC is that you don’t have to plan or think out your wod.  Just show up!  Everything else will fall into place.
