- 200 Meter run w/ball after completing each round
Partner up and knock it out! Don’t forget the Olympic lifting clinic today. Coach Sowers and his Assistant coach from NC State University will be here at noon. The beginners session is from 12-2 and advanced from 2-4. The cost is $40 cash. Have a good weekend!
