- 1 Mile run
We are finishing out our week of testing squat maxes. There were several back squat PR’s made on Monday. Today we will be doing 1 rep front squat maxes. Afterwards, we have another well respected benchmark to set. The 1 mile run time trial. Our leaderboard times are based off of the 1 mile road course. We will be using that same course so you won’t have to lap the building 4 times. Get it done!
