Today we continue our squatting cycle with some heavier back squats.  Make sure that you take time to establish a good solid setup before coming out of the rack.  Once you have the bar on your back, stay focused on the basic principles of any squat.  Chest up, weight in the heels, hips back and down first, working hard to drive your knees apart.  Don’t relent.  Master the art of the squat!  After the squats we have an awesome little sprint wod for you.  Row the 500 meters as fast as possible.
