Back Squat:
- 5×5 @ 75%
Then,
“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
- Double Unders(single skips for all tiers)
- Sit-ups
Today we will be doing 5 sets of 5 rep back squats. We will take some time to build up to 75% and then keep that weight for all 5 sets. After that, lets work through the benchmark wod “Annie”. If you have done this before, crush it. If you haven’t, set your new record.
