Back Squat:
- 5×7 @ 70% 1 rep max
Then,
For Time:
- 100 Double Unders (100 singles)
- 30 Bar Facing Burpees
- 30 Hang Power Cleans (135,95)(115,75)(55,35)
In the new strength cycle we will be alternating weeks between back squats and front squats. Monday we will be doing higher reps and on Friday lower reps. We will continue to work on Olympic lifts and skill transfer movements for those lifts on Wednesdays. Today’s back squats are 5 sets of 7 reps, with all sets done with 70% of your 1 rep max.
