In today’s wod you will repeat a cycle for 3 total times. One cycle is a 400 meter run and 3 rounds of 5 power snatches and 10 kettlebell swings. The whole thing will be done for time. You will really be forced to recruit some hip power to stay efficient and complete this as quickly as possible.
