- 9 Overhead squats
- 9 Kettlebell Swings
- 400 Meter Run
I know that overhead squats are many of ya’ll’s worst nightmare. Keep the weight light until you can get them right. You have to maintain active shoulders by externally rotating and pushing up on the bar or you are going to have troubles. Don’t drop too fast. Give yourself time to make adjustments to keep balance and squat correctly. We all have movements that give us trouble. The only way to get better at them is to continue attacking your weaknesses. Get after it!
