Back Squat: 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+

Press: 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+

Then,

2 Rounds for time:

  • 100′ overhead walking lunge(45,25)(25,15)(15,10)
  • 200 Meter run

We are starting back over on the 5/3/1 cycle.  Today add 10 lbs to your back squat max and 5 lbs to your press max.  Then take 90% of that to make your working weight.  Like all programs, this is only effective if you follow it.  Show up for the strength days and go hard on those last, max effort sets.  You will get stronger.  Stronger means faster, more agile, and less prone to injury.  Lets get it done!
