In teams of 2 complete:
5 Minutes:
- Ground to overhead(135,95)(115,75)(55,35)
- Row for calories
5 Minutes:
- Box Jumps(24,20)
- Deadlifts(225,155)(185,135)(115,65)
5 Minutes:
- Alternating 200 meter sprints
5 Minutes:
- Pull-ups
- Medicine ball cleans(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
The goal today is to accumulate max reps. Both partners will be working at the same time with the exception of the 200 meter sprints. Those will be alternating. During each 5 minute period each partner must match the others rep count before they switch movements. For example: If I do 50 pull-ups, then my partner must complete 50 medicine ball cleans before we switch. If time runs out before your numbers match, your team will have to subtract the unmatched reps from the total. Using my earlier example; If I did 50 pull-ups and my partner was working to complete 50 med ball cleans but only got 30 reps at the 5 minute mark, then 20 reps would be subtracted from our score. Yes. That means you will have to come up with a strategy beforehand. This is going to be awesome!
