The Ghost

6 rounds of:

  • 1 minute of rowing(calories)
  • 1 minute of burpees
  • 1 minute of double-unders(single skips)
  • 1 minute rest

Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score.

Dave Castro from CrossFit designed this workout for boxer Robert Guerrero.  It was designed to be similar to a 6 round fight.  This is going to have a very high metabolic intensity to it.  There isn’t any heavy weights to move around.   Just move yourself quickly.  The goal is to hit each minute as hard as possible and not game it.   My plan is to hit that rest minute pretty hard!
