- 6 Hand Release Push-ups
- 9 Toes to Bar(abmat sit-ups)
Welcome to Friday the 13th! We will not be doing deadlifts today because most of you did them in high volume yesterday. Bench press starts us out and then a 10 minute AMRAP completes our lucky Friday. Have a great weekend!
