It is once again the end of the week.  You all have rocked it this week!  Finish out right with some strength work and a short metcon.   Then make plans to come on Saturday.   Along with an awesome wod, we have Dr. Kevin here at 11:15 am for an introductory Kinesio Taping Clinic.  Basic skills for taping of the legs, shoulder and back will be covered.  Come out for both.
