Next week we will be starting our new strength program.  We will be following the Wendler 5-3-1 program.  This program has been proven extremely effective in gaining strength. Our lifts will be back squat, deadlift, bench press and strict press.  All sets of each lift are based off of your 1 rep max.  With that being said, we need some more maxes to follow this program.  Today we will knock out 3 of them.  This may seem like a lot, but each of these are using different groups of muscles.  The bench press won’t effect the deadlift and the deadlift won’t effect the press.  Get after it!
