5 rounds for time or 30 minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter run
  • 50 Squats
  • 30 Burpees

As many of you know, we will be doing the hero wod “Murph” on the 24th.  It is a grueling body weight wod with running, pull-ups, push-ups and squats.  Today’s wod is a great way to prepare for the physical and mental challenges of “Murph”.  It can all be done outside and there is no heavy barbell or reason to stop and quit.  Keep going just like Lt. Murphy did(go read the story).  See you there!
