Today’s workout starts out with 3 rounds of the triplet; chest to bar pullup, kb swing, hspu. When you complete all three rounds you will run 400 meters. Once you have completed the run, you will complete 2 rounds of the triplet, run 400 meters and then finally perform 1 round and finish with a 400 meter run. 3 rounds, 2 rounds, 1 round, GO!
