10 sets to work up to a max for the day. 60 seconds rest between sets.

Welcome back!  In our strength portion of the wod today, you will perform a barbell complex of power cleans, front squats and jerks.  Build up in weight each set for a total of 10 sets.  Resting 1 minute between sets.  After that, we will be doing a CrossFit benchmark wod.  “Grace” is 30 clean and jerks for time and is always a butt kicker!
