Hang Snatch for 3
Wednesday, April 9, 2014:
Hang Snatch:
- Build up to a 3 rep max
Then,
10 rounds, Every minute on the minute (EMOM):
- 2 Power Snatches
- 3 Overhead Squats
*As heavy as possible with good technique.
Happy hump day! Today we will be doing a 3 rep max hang snatch. This is a first for us and will be fun to work through. Snatch deadlift the bar up to the hang position and then perform 3 reps from the hang without dropping. After that, we will go through a snatch and overhead squat complex each minute for 10 rounds. Go as heavy as possible with good technique.
