  • 20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Snatches
  • 50′ Front rack walking lunge

Today’s wod is a repeat from October of last year.  We did this on 10-31-13, so go back and check your score.  It is always fun to repeat wods to see how much you have improved.  I promise that if you have been coming consistently and were here in October, your score will improve.  Repeating wods is also a great way to make us all step up and push a little harder for those extra reps.  Get it done!
