Friday, April 4, 2014:
3 Position Snatch, 15 minutes to build up to a 1 rep max
- High hang
- Above the knee
- Floor
Then,
5 minute AMRAP:
- RX-Row 1000 meters, max rep muscle ups
- T2- Row 1000 Meters, max rep clapping push-ups
- T3- Row 750 Meters, max push-ups
The 3 position snatch is a great way to improve your overall snatch technique. Being able to find the proper positions as you pull the bar from the floor will make a huge difference in how much you can snatch. Today you will have 15 minutes to build up to a 1 rep max. This is holding on to the bar the whole time, performing 1 snatch from each position. Afterwards we will have some fun with rowing and muscle ups or push-ups. Have a great weekend!
