2 Position Snatch(Hang and Floor), 2 reps from each position
- 1 set at 50%
- 1 set at 55%
- 1 set at 60%
2 Cleans + 1 Jerk
- 1 set at 50%
- 2 sets at 55%
- 2 sets at 60%

Today is all about speed. The weights will remain relatively light and we will focus on being fast in the positions. Speed is everything in Olympic lifting. Find the proper positions and try to move the bar faster. If there is time afterwards, pick a skill and work on it.
