14 Minute AMRAP:
- 600 Meter run
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 40 Sit-ups
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Goblet Squats (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)*
*The goblet squat is a front squat holding a kettlebell.
