For Reps

3 rounds for reps(rest 1 minute between rnds):
- 1 Minute of Burpees
- 1 Minute of Power Snatch (75,55)(55,35)
- 1 Minute Box Jump(24,20)
- 1 Minute of Thruster(75,55)(55,35)
- 1 Minute of Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)
This is 3 five minute rounds with 1 minute of rest between rounds. You will accumulate reps during your minute at each movement. Keeping a running count throughout all the rounds. No rest time in between movements. This is very similar to the Fight Gone Bad and CrossFit for Hope wods. Push yourself to maintain a good rep count through all of the rounds. Go after it!
