In 3 person teams complete for max reps:
Round 1:
- Row(calories)
- Thruster(95,65)(75,45)(55,35)
- Box jump(24,20)(step up)
Round 2:
- Row
- Power Snatch
- Burpee
Round 3:
- Row
- Squat clean
- Slam Ball(30,20)(20,12)
This is 3, 6 minute rounds, where each teammate will spend 2 minutes at each movement accumulating reps before moving on to the next. There will be a one minute rest between rounds. Your team score is combined reps/calories for all rounds.
For Example: If I start on box jumps during the first round, after two minutes I will move to row for calories, after two more minutes, I will move to thrusters. This would complete round 1. The team would then rest for 1 minute and start round 2 in the same order.
