The back squats are getting heavier. That is good because we are all getting stronger! The reps are slightly lower today, so much more manageable mentally. In the next couple weeks we will get some new maxes for you to work off of. During the front squat portion work on explosively coming out of the hole while keeping your elbows high. The more comfortable you are with this will translate to success when cleaning heavy weight. If there is some time afterwards we will work on skills.
