The squat cycle is most definitely working!  I can tell by how everyone is handling all of the reps that we are going to have PR city in here soon.  Keep up the work today!  One thing that is really important is to try to make or make up all of the squat workouts.  Even missing one day can set you back.  We have 5 hours of open gym time each week so you should be able to plan out make up sessions.  Also, as long as you aren’t in the way and you clear it with the coach you can do the squats during a regular wod time.  See there, no excuses!  HaHa!  Have a good Friday.
