Its time for burpees to sneak back into the wod! This one is 100 reps of everything. Stay in tuned to proper movement patterns to help you power through the rounds. When you are doing the wall balls make sure to always squat with the weight in your heals and really use the power out of the bottom to launch the ball towards the target. Kettlebell swings are another movement that requires a lot of hip drive. Use your hips to quickly swing into the overhead position. I like to teach the motion as a jump. Jump the bell up and finish with a pull. We can also be efficient with our burpees. Get yourself down on the floor and quickly return your feet back under your hips so that you can jump straight up. NO resting on the floor! It feels too good down there and also effects your breathing patterns. Happy Tuesday!
