Workout of the Day (WOD), Monday, 1/27/14:
10 Rounds, Every Minute on the Minute(EMOM):
- 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Then,
3 Rounds:
- 15 Power Snatch(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
- 3 Muscle Ups (T2. T3-10 pushups)
Welcome to a new week! Congratulations to everyone that competed and tested their fitness over the weekend. You all made us proud. Today we will start off with some Olympic work. Each minute for 10 minutes you will do one power snatch and one overhead squat. Pick a weight that is heavy but achievable.
We will finish out with a fast 3 round couplet. Power snatches and muscle ups. If you haven’t mastered muscle ups yet, you will perform 10 push-ups each round. Go out and make it a great new week!
