Make it a great New Year
Well we are officially in 2014. As a gym we will begin planning our next year of things to come. This involves you and your fitness goals!! Very soon down the road we would like every single athlete at CFBC to start recording goals and timelines to meet those goals. Just coming to the gym is great but having a goal in sight will always keep you pushing. It is like signing up for that 5k you have always wanted to do. Once you have paid and signed on the dotted line, your motivation goes up and you train hard. Start brain storming goals for 2014 and we will be talking to you soon!
