Mash Up
It was nice to get back under some weight with yesterday’s squats. Some of you mentioned that you felt as though strength had been lost. It may seem like that at first, but stay the course. You will get stronger if you can consistently make the wods.
Today’s wod starts with a double under and power snatch mash up. You will start with 50 double unders and 10 power snatches. Alternately working your way through until you finish with 10 double unders and 2 snatches. The second part works the same way but with walking lunges and power cleans. The bar weights will remain the same for the snatches and cleans.
