Congratulations to our newest Foundations grads!

Another tough week of wods is almost complete.  Finish it out right today with some snatch work.  Remember, the key to all of this extra Olympic lifting work is to consistently be in proper positions.  Don’t compromise hitting the correct positions to move more weight.  Everyone has done great with this through the month.  We can’t wait to see all of the snatch and clean and jerk PR’s that are coming.

Its going to be a little warmer outside today so we will get out for a short run after the snatch work.  You will have 5 minutes to complete a 400 meter run and then do max reps of double or single unders.  Your score will be the jump rope reps.  Have a great weekend!

Workout of the Day (WOD) 12/20/13:

5 sets:

  • 3 Position Snatch(power) + 1 Overhead squat

Then,

In 5 minutes complete:

  • 400 Meter run
  • Max Double unders (T2/3-Singles)
