We have had a bunch of PR’s and first time events this week. The muscle up has become contagious. Its time to put those skills you have been working on to use! Steadily work through this one. When you get to the burpees, just put your head down and get em done. 3,2,1 GO!!!!

For Time:
- 30 Hand Stand Push ups(T2-Abmat,T3-w/box)
- 40 Pull ups(T2/3-banded)
- 50 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 60 Sit ups
- 70 Burpees
