Welcome to Saturday! Today we will get to perform a CrossFit Games Workout. We have done this one once before so remember to look back in your books to see the time to beat. We have some big changes in store at CFBC for the new year. All of them will better your experience at CFBC. We have started some of these changes already. WE GOT NEW MATS AND PLATFORMS!!!! YAY!!!! We have expanded our workout space tremendously to accommodate our growing community. We also sent out survey to see how your experience has been at CFBC. We will take every suggestion seriously and strive keep improving. Thank you so much for helping us continue grow.
