Its time to partner up again and take on another awesome team wod! Bring your partner or find one when you get here. Choose wisely, you will have to carry them around.
Workout of the Day (WOD) 11/9/13:
2 Rounds for time (Rest 2 minutes between rounds):
In teams of 2, complete 2 minutes at each station for reps:
- 10 Meter Buddy Carry
- Kettlebell Swing(53,35)
- Alternating Box Jumps(24,20)
- Partner Burpees
- Partner Wall Balls (20,14)
