Take on the Next 5 Minutes
Today we have 3 separate workouts with some rest in between. We like this style of programming because it gives you an opportunity to keep your intensity high and really go after each piece. Use your rest time wisely. Try to relax and control your breathing as you prepare to take on the next 5 minutes.
Workout of the Day (WOD) 11/5/13:
5 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Ring Dips(banded or bar dips)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35) (44,26)(35,18)
*Rest 2 minutes
5 Minute AMRAP:
- Max rep Squat Clean (155,105)(135,95)(95,55)
*Rest 2 minutes
5 Minute AMRAP:
- Row 1000 meters
- Max rep sit-ups
*Post separate AMRAP reps and total to comments.
