We are continuing to get maxes today. You can push or split jerk. Stay focused on getting set up correctly and being fast as you drive the bar up and drop yourself into position. So many times we have told you that the jerk is simply a jump and a land. Don’t get too many things going through your head before the lift. Jump, punch and land. After the jerks we will continue to jump with some max height attempts on the box. This is always a fun time!
